I sat at the window and other cars behind me for over a minute. No one came so I pulled up to the second window and knocked a lady came I told her no one came to the window. She left for a second another lady came to the way very rude and laughed when I said I had waited at the first window. I'm not sure what was so funny but I will not be returning to your store again.

First time we have had mcdonalds in months & now i remember why, terrible overpriced food & service.We went because my son wanted to try the shamrock shake but the machine was broken.We ordered a 20 piece nugget with sweet & sour sauce & 3 meals. We had to pull forward & wait 15 minutes for our food & only when I asked if they put in the s&s sause for the nuggets did they tell me they were out & that they gave us ranch instead. Thanks for choosing my sauce for me.I alway break into the fries on the drive home while they are hot & the fries they gave us were severely undercooked & seasoned.I tried to finish cooking them in the airfryer when we got home but they couldn't be saved.The nuggets were good but they only gave us 17 instead the 20 we ordered 8 in one box 9 in the other.I ate them dry since i don't like Mcdonalds ranch.I don't know if the owner is under staffing & supplying this mcdonalds because of the road construction but this mcdonalds is terrible.

My McDonald's is in our neighborhood and their customer service is 5-star. The really pretty African American lady that works drive through is always nice to my grandchildren and I. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me. I used to be in CSR business so a friendly face early in the morning is a good way to start the day. Keep up the GREAT Service .

My experience with I believe her name is KK at the Reno location is always out of this world! Every time I see her, she makes my day, always so friendly and sweet to me and my children! She deserves a raise!!!
Please be very cautious when ordering from this restaurant they will serve you old food old meat nuggets and/or fries DO NOT FEED YOUR KIDS FROM THIS PLACE ….. when calling to complain I was lied to buy the 3rd shift manger on how to even get my food replaced

If I could give a lower star than one I would. They are always so rude, never get our order right, and completely ignore allergies. I am allergic to onion and even when we specify it’s an allergy they still don’t take it off. Not the mention they don’t even pay attention to app orders. My husband checked in on the app to curbside and it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes only for them to say “We never saw it” and they still didn’t get the order correct.Dietary restrictions: They completely ignore allergies.

Absolutely horrible. They are always rude, they mess up our order every time and they just completely ignore allergies. More than once my family has gone and they have forgotten an entire meal. Just earlier my husband had done the BOGO for the big macs and they only gave him one. The time before I ordered the two cheeseburger meal and they forgot BOTH my burgers. Lastly, my son is allergic to onions so we order everything with no onions and makes sure to say it's an allergy and there onions on it more times than not.
