The employees were very friendly, the restaurant was super clean and well maintained. We got a great deal on the mobile app, and the food was super delicious with great value for the dollar! We will return definitely!! My favorite McDonalds by far

McDonald's in the neighborhood offers mostly good customer service with friendly staff, especially at the drive-through. The staff, including KK from the Reno location, are generally pleasant and make visits enjoyable. However, some experiences have been mixed; for example, one customer found the person taking their order difficult to understand and rude when they had to pay, but appreciated the friendly staff member who handed over the order. The food is average and not as good as it used to be, with prices around $7 for a small hamburger, small fries, and a small drink. Occasionally, service can be inconsistent, but there are times when staff are helpful and make things right, such as replacing a ripped bag of food. Overall, a polite and welcoming attitude from the staff would improve the overall dining experience.
