My McDonald's is in our neighborhood and their customer service is 5-star. The really pretty African American lady that works drive through is always nice to my grandchildren and I. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me. I used to be in CSR business so a friendly face early in the morning is a good way to start the day. Keep up the GREAT Service .
My experience with I believe her name is KK at the Reno location is always out of this world! Every time I see her, she makes my day, always so friendly and sweet to me and my children! She deserves a raise!!!

They get it right about 10% of the time.I even asked specifically to make it correctly and they still refuse.Extra salt. On the burger. Just hit it with the grill seasoning.At this point I think they just don't want the business.
