Ron's Hamburgers & Chili

Memorial Day 2025. 2 pm. This was our 4th visit in the past 8 years. I am not a hamburger person but my husband is. He ordered a 1/4 lb Cheeseburger $7.00. He loved it. I ordered for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich $8.00. It was okay okay for me. Great place to come or bring friends here for hamburgers and chilis. The place was quiet at this time and we liked it. The server was friendly and service was great. Location is great. Atmosphere is friendly. Plenty of parking spaces.

A Ron’s Special is hard to beat! If you have a big appetite and want a unique burger it’s at the top of the list for me. Get a basket of Spanish fries to split. Always leave here smiling and full.

Waitress was so spastic and distracted and acted like a child. The food was cold when it came out. Nothing came out in order, including drinks. Waitress never checked on us. My chili burger had a long hair in it. And to top it all off, the busy boy (adult man) lives in a van in the parking lot.

We visited Ron’s and left with mixed feelings, giving it 3 stars. The place was noticeably dirty, which was off-putting and impacted the experience. The chili on the chili cheese tots was underwhelming, lacking the bold flavor I expected. However, the cheeseburger was decent (even though the patty seemed small for 1/3pound) saving the meal from being a total letdown.

Food was great and the services was even better

We usually enjoy Ron's, but we ate at the Midwest city location. My wife and I had the jumbo cheese Burger, smothered with chili, wasn't good, was cold when it came out, and the Burger was burnt.

As straightforward as it gets. One very pleasant server and a cook. My burger was delicious. The chili fries were a generous portion and flavorful. Seemed like a homemade ranch which really elevated the the fries. Military discount. It’s the perfect affordable lunch spot. I’ll definitely return.

The Midwest City location is absolutely fantastic! I had a Door Dash to pick up and the server said it would be a few minutes due to the customer ordering a Big Daddy burger. She explained to me how many patties and such and WOW that sucker was stacked! I just had to order something for myself after my shift. The burger was #1 and the fries...OMG! Fresh, hot and just the right amount of salt! I'll definitely be back and will bring the family!

My mother isnt expected to be with us much longer and we were desperately trying to raise funds thru an auction and raffle for her final arraingments...so eating wasnt on my mind nor was i hungry but as we left momma said "sister Ron's is around the corner" I said "OK Momma whatcha want?" and she said "finish the lIst...leaving that here be ause I'm sobbing too much to type...ANYWAY BACK TO THE REVIEW... Just left and Lauren was our waitress not only did she give us the best service we have EVER had at a Ron's (without knowing we were "Ron Junkies OR about my momma) but it's a Friday night and we were seated immediately and it seemed as thou our food was just as quick. The food was hot fresh and not a drop wasted. The sweet tea was fresh and just as southern iced tea should be. The atmosphere upbeat and old school music played quietly from the speakers where you could hear customers singing along at times. Not only did Ron's and Lauren deliver amazing food but my soul was happy and grateful for mommas suggestion out of tune singers (I was one of them) and Lauren. We thank you more than this post allows you to know.
