Todd is awesome! Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. These days it can be hard to find someone who actually listens and communicates, but Todd went above and beyond. More often than not things go just fun, but still too often my orders get messed up. I usually try and avoid Arby's overall, it's only a spit in the face when they screw orders up.
We went through the drive through at this Arby's and ordered the roast beef sandwich combo and the bacon burger. I usually order the half pound roast beef, but i decided to try the burger. I wasn't sure about the burger, but it was awesome. I will definitely order the burger again.
