I was wanting to try a new boba place since Teapioca was too far away at the time. I walk into the store and I was greeted by a younger woman. I asked if I could try the taro flavor before I bought a whole drink and she told me they couldn’t do that. That was fine because I understand that each place has different policies. I told her it was okay and to just charge me for a small drink so I can try it. She tried to charge me for a large size (maybe she didn’t hear me) but that was okay. The real kicker was that when I tried the drink she made, it tasted like straight milk and a little tea. No flavor, no sweetness. I asked her “is this supposed to be sweet?”. She said “yes” and so I proceeded to tell her that it’s not sweet at all. She straight up ignored me and proceeded to make another persons drink. I said “hey! Are you gonna talk to me or something?”. Nothing. No offer to remake the drink or anything. Extremely disrespectful. I almost left completely but the older women that was there stopped me. The only reason I rated this place 2 stars was because of the amazing customer service the older woman provided. She offered to remake the drink I had with more sweetener and made sure I liked my drinks before I left. At the time the drink was better than it was so I got another one. However, when I got home 10 minutes after there was so much powder at the bottom that didn’t get mixed properly! My partner tried the drink and almost threw up because the consistency was thick. This place needs to step up its game on many fronts. I will stick to Teapioca from now on.

Wonderful experience, atmosphere was fantastic and treated absolutely incredible! Employees were very patient with my kids and even recommended a few drinks that very delicious! I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place for boba or wants to try boba for the first time.
