Terrible experience with staff in Moore. And manager named DEE
Accidentally split my drink. Talked to bar tender she acted like she was gonna comp it. Bc it was a whole drink and I had none but she proceeded to charge me for it. Talked to manager DEE and he said he would take the charge off as he was taking the new drink away off the table the bartender came back with. So therefore they wasted a drink, received bad review and bad word of mouth. I’m a GM And I def know customer service and this ain’t it.

Calf fries were greasy and not cooked(raw inside), baked potato was cold, cheese fries only had a very small amount of cheese and bacon. My 1st time there and won’t go back!
