The only good Burger King I've been to was in Japan, and they have a different work culture than here. That being said, I haven't had a good BK experience since W. was in office. You guys were once the competition for McDonald's. Definitely not anymore. I can see the reaper over any BK I see. Your time approaches...

I was overcharged for my order which was $56. It was supposed to be refunded to me within 3 days which hasn't happened yet and this is day 4. Also I had to turn around a pay the right amount for my food and I'll be darn if I didn't get home and it was all wrong

The staff is very friendly. They just rarely get the order right. When I pulled up to the menu, I ordered a French toast breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window they had charged me for a croissant sandwich.They changed the order for me at the window which was nice, but when I got my order my sandwich didn't have both slices of French toast. It wasn't even a sandwich and I paid a dollar more just to get half of a French toast sandwich! It was tasty, but would have been much better with the top half of the sandwich.

Food is fine (what you would expect)...but for some reason the drive through is always soooo slow.

My fiancé and I came to eat here last week for dinner with our two children around 8pm after leaving an event. We decided to eat inside the restaurant. Rodney at the front counter was very polite and took good care of our order. He delivered our order to our table, and a few minutes later came back to ask how our meal was. Everything was correct as ordered. He also offered to help get the shoe from the floor that my daughter dropped during our dinner. Rodney has outstanding customer service and we really appreciated him that night. Thank you so much Rodney!

This Burger King isn't my favorite. It's slower than most \\u0026 the staff today was definitely unprofessional. The fries were hot which is why I gave it the stars I did, but that's about it. The guy at the drive through took an additional 3 minutes to hand us our drink AFTER we had got our food because he was talking.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food it took 30 minutes in the drive thru.....the majority of which was after we had paid and there were only two cars in front of us. If this was the first time experiencing this slowness I wouldn’t bother leaving a review but this is the second time I’ve had the same problem here. Go to any other BK...just not this one. Not to mention once we got home the burgers had no condiments, weren’t Impossible burgers, and we were short an order of fries.

I am fed up with the amount of times I come to the drive through and not a single time have I gotten what I have ordered. I can understand a mishap every now and then but not a constant deal. I’m not sure if it’s laziness or the employees lack of preforming their job duties but it’s a shame that it’s like this. This location needs to be cleaned up. It’s not that difficult to pay attention.

As far as fast food places go, they have never messed up my order and I've been there at least 10 times in last 3 months. Thats a first.
