Nothing melted about the melt. Was really nasty.
I worked all night, 4p-4a, and I came to the drive thru & asked the employee if they’d mind making me a fresh Original Chicken Sandwich. The young lady on the speaker didn’t give me any trouble, no “sigh”… nothing. I told her that I was happy to wait & they obliged.
I got my sandwich & it was EXACTLY how I’d requested it. (Hot, with light lettuce, and mayo)

Roberto went above and beyond for us and had excellent customer service. Rare to see in the fast food industry these days. He definitely deserves to be recognized for this. One of the best fast food experiences that I have ever had.
