If I could give you 0 stars, I would!! Canceling my online order for no apparent reason!! This is deplorable & unacceptable!! I hope this review gets out to a bunch of customers & you go belly up!! There are more places better than you anyway!!

I gave Firehouse another try and have been back 3x this week! It's cleaner, friendly, and they've got my order right each time. 😀

I haven't been here in a while but had a hankerin' for a sub. I ordered their version of the tasty Philly Cheesesteak. It was well made with plenty of meat, cheese, etc. I bought some Captain Sorensen's sauce to put on the sandwich. The sauce is a little tangy with an excellent flavor! Try a sample!

Walked in and out by using the app. Can’t rate the store employees too much. But through the app it was absolutely perfect and the employees did complete the order as it was requested.

Went here and was told I will need to wait 10 minutes die to finishing up a catering order.

Apparently they do not like foot traffic and prefer catering. I will only go to the Midwest City one now.

Sandwiches were ready almost 15 minutes after the app said they were ready, and they were ridiculously skimpy on the extra toppings I ordered. 9 olive slices on a large sub is straight up pathetic.

After the cookie cutter response from your marketing team, I'm removing a star. You clearly give zero shits so I shall "vote with my wallet" and not return. My experience with the in store employees was fine, you don't deserve them, I hope they move on to better companies and that you go out of business soon.

Every time we get an offer from T-Mobile buy one get one free sandwich from Firehouse Subs their WiFi is taken offline so you can’t order it. Will never go back. No other Firehouse Sub place does that.

The GM or manager was yelling at employees in the lobby and is not the kind of environment I wanted to eat my lunch in and on top of that they made the wrong sandwich

1st time in this place, and it was a terrible experience, picking up a doordash order, I waited at the sign that says online pickup, the employee stood at the other end of the counter looking at me like I was dumb, never greeted me or said anything, I showed him my phone, for the doordash order, he went to the back and a different guy came out, still never greeted or told anything about the order, I waited close to 10 minutes; finally the guy set the sack on the counter, quietly saying the doordash customers name, I said thank you, the employee didn't say a word, then I said have a nice day, finally I got him to say you too. It was a terrible 1st time experience at Firehouse on I-35 in Moore, I won't eat here or recommend.
