Firehouse Subs Riverwalk North

I’d like to report a very disappointing experience at this Firehouse Subs location involving two employees, Oscar and David. Their customer service was exceptionally slow, unprofessional, and noticeably disrespectful. I’m not sure how long they have been employed at this location, but their behavior suggests they may benefit from additional customer-service training.

After choosing not to proceed with my order due to their conduct, both employees began giggling and smirking, which only made the situation more uncomfortable and unprofessional. This is especially disheartening because I’ve always loved Firehouse Subs and have never experienced anything like this before.

After a long day of work, the last thing I expected was to encounter such poor attitudes and dismissive behavior. I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately to ensure future customers do not experience the same.

Firehouse always have tasty subs. Can't go wrong with it.

Soggy! You're representing the local fire department. So should I assume the fire department didn't appreciate the $1k check I put in the boot at the intersection?The last three visits were soggy bread, so I'm done. Firehouse used to be upper echelon, but who the hell wants a soggy wet bread sandwich?I'll eat at home. Thx while it lasted.

I have been coming to this firehouse for years. They have went downhill I am so over it. After multiple disappointing visits I am updating my 5 star review from a year ago. Something is wrong with their toaster, the bread is never toasted anymore. On top of that, this time my bread wasn’t even fully baked and still doughy! This was from a to go order I picked up and didn’t find out the problem until getting back home! Fix your bread and start toasting it properly again!!!

Also the staff here sucks now. Bunch of rude, slow women. I miss the polite guys that used to work here they knew how to make a great sandwich and treat customers right. Goodbye firehouse in Moore

If I could give you 0 stars, I would!! Canceling my online order for no apparent reason!! This is deplorable & unacceptable!! I hope this review gets out to a bunch of customers & you go belly up!! There are more places better than you anyway!!

I gave Firehouse another try and have been back 3x this week! It's cleaner, friendly, and they've got my order right each time. 😀

I haven't been here in a while but had a hankerin' for a sub. I ordered their version of the tasty Philly Cheesesteak. It was well made with plenty of meat, cheese, etc. I bought some Captain Sorensen's sauce to put on the sandwich. The sauce is a little tangy with an excellent flavor! Try a sample!

Walked in and out by using the app. Can’t rate the store employees too much. But through the app it was absolutely perfect and the employees did complete the order as it was requested.

Went here and was told I will need to wait 10 minutes die to finishing up a catering order.

Apparently they do not like foot traffic and prefer catering. I will only go to the Midwest City one now.

Franchises should not be so different city to city.
