The gravy on the snitzel was congealed and cold as was the beer chease for the pretzel. Gravy is a sauce, not a jelly. We just took it home and it was even worse when we tried to reheat it. “I love this place and we visit every time we're in OKC. The burgers and fries are amazing and who doesn't love having a drink with their burger. Their gluten free bun is one of the best in the burger business, especially if you have it grilled. I love the bacon double cheeseburger and the garlic parm truffle fires with the garlic aioli sauce. I love their pizza so much I got a job here .. the store manager (Chris) is a great teacher and manager, I knew nothing about the pizza making process when I came here but thanks to Chris I do now. The Assistant Manager Crystal is a great teacher and a magnificent co-worker she has lots of good knowledge about the pizza making process especially when it comes to the Godfather. And what can I say about our owner.. he is all about this business he calls Chris to check in throughout the day to make sure things are running smoothly and that we always have our checks. I have worked lots of places in my life and this is one of the best work environments I've ever been a part of“

“What can I say, Braum’s has the best ice cream and fast food!!! Their French Fries are the tastiest I ever had!!! The workers in this particular place are always friendly, always efficient! Regina has a lot of charm and charisma. Damire is sweet (and gave us extra ketchup). And Rai was extraordinarily efficient. Our was ready seconds, and I mean seconds after we completed the purchase! He even said “Merry Christmas” to us, so sweet of him! The produce checkout is always an easy process (and some of their products are extraordinarily delicious)! Merry Christmas to all!!!“

“Went tonight for early dinner with our 2 grand kids 5 and 18 mths. The lady that I asked to get us a high chair could not have been nicer. She wiped it down and followed me to our table with the high chair. We talked about grand kids while I got the smallest situated. Once my wife returned with the oldest, she came back several times to check on us. The littlest started with a melt down so we had to leave in a rush so I didn't properly thank her but she made our dinner outing so much easier. Thank you!
