Hollie's Flatiron Grill

This is my favorite restaurant. I enjoyed my last steak there tonight. My family and I will miss Hollies!

The Food was pretty expensive but overall everything was great. I enjoyed the chips and queso alot though it kinda tasted like melted whiz cheese to me for some reason. My drink also came out great it tasted good it was a Baja breeze. I absolutely loved the okra and fries they tasted amazing as well as the cornbread. I think the steak could have been more seasoned or possibly topped with some butter. The burger was pretty good and balanced as well.

Can NOT go wrong with the food served here. I had Prime Rib and Chicken combo. The beef is slow cooked and so tender. Served with a savory Au Jus sauce you will want to sip directly from the cup. The smokiness of the meat is on point. Not overpowering but also not too subtle. The chicken seasoned appropriately including fresh Rosemary. I recommend the House Salad and House dressing, dark greens but also crisper lettuces in the mix. Serving sizes were twice what we could comfortably eat in one sitting, so we took home enough for a second meal. We only dine here for special occasions due to what we can afford. This occasion was our Anniversary. We are always pleased here, but expect to spend at least $40 a person just for the full dining experience. We did not order any drinks. If you add drinks, especially alcohol drinks, be prepared to spend much more. This is our go to special event place and we are never disappointed here.

We were greeted warmly and seated immediately with no waiting. The menu was very diverse. We were able to feed our picky eaters. Our server was very attentive and went above and beyond for our family. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was delicious! We will definitely make the trip back to Moore just to visit Hollie's!! They went above and beyond all expectations!! Thank you so much for feeding our family!!

Our family had a great dinner here while visiting from out of town. We were seated right away for an early dinner on a Saturday evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our steaks were tasty and not dry. The cheese fries were great also. We’ll definitely be back if we’re in the mood for steak.

My husband and I are celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. We wanted to try a new place as we always go to the same one. The restaurant is very nice in decor and cleanliness. The waitstaff was wonderful. My husband and I both ordered the steak and yard bird. 8 oz prime rib and chicken. I did Not care for the seasoning at all. I believe it was mesquite........nasty stuff. I wish I had known beforehand. There were no rolls, only cornbread which I Love but hubby won't touch. Very, very, very expensive!!!!!! We decided we will stick to our tried and true Texas Road House..

Hollies is a great option for variety... The rack of ribs is awesome, crispy skin and fall off the bone meat... The chicken fried chicken is great, I would recommend more gravy and garlic mash potatoes was a nice addition... The burgers and fries are just okay... The onion straws are yummy, the wings are wonderful and some of the appetizers needed salt but good thing they provide salt and pepper on the tables...It was kind of packed the night we chose to go... We sat in a booth in the bar area and the seats were hard and a little uncomfortable... All in all, We were happy... We will definitely be back...Happy feasting!!!

Service was excellent but the chicken nachos were not good at all. Not layered and had queso cheese as was cold. Steaks probably a better choice.

Great as usual! Prompt service for drinks and dinner while sitting at the bar! Our bartender/Waiter Chris was exceptional!

Just wasn’t good. Steak was tough, over done and not seasoned. For the price, I expected better.

The steak & kids steak bites were delicious. Bryce’s smothered chicken, chicken fried steak & seasoned rice were soooooooo salty. Why? Can always add salt but can’t take away. I love salt but it was horrible. I do love their fried green tomatoes & onion straws. They could have a gold mine since not many choices in Moore. Being a Hal Smith restaurant it does not live up to their standard. It wasn’t my first time there but don’t go often because of the heavy salt. Will stick with salads.

After church we met Mom at Hollie's. I was parched from leading the music and preaching. Our server, Stephanie ("crowned one") brought me an extra glass of water, and kept my glasses filled! Being with Mom and Lisa (celebrating Lisa and her birthday) is ALWAYS great. Our food was excellent, and our service, even better! Mom got a wonderful looking breakfast, while Lisa and I each ordered Prime Rib. Mine was a little under- done, and I asked if it could be cooked a bit more. We asked for it to go, and Wyatt, assistant manager, brought a sack, and made sure that we were satisfied. We drove home to Edmond to find that he brought us another Prime Rib and baked potato! We were so surprised, and so very grateful! Highest commendations to Stephanie, Wyatt, and the wonderful staff at Hollie's!!! We will definitely be going back!!!

The food was really good. The desert was fantastic. The waiter was excellent , friendly and had really good service. We will go back there more often.
