How could you improve? Change the menu, order better quality food, and turn the music down.

I’ve tried to like this place, I’ve been a handful of times; the food is good and there are several TVs which is great for days like today(college football Saturday). I’ve never had exceptional service here but I have worked in the service industry for 15+ years so I know what the normal expectation is. I also know that not every experience can be a good one, but the name of this establishment is an insult to anyone who works in and respects the industry. We sat down today and did get acknowledged and received waters and food menus; we had to wave down a bartender(which I absolutely hate doing as I hate when it’s done to me at my job) after about ten minutes of waiting to order drinks and food. No biggie, they’re busy, I get it. The lunch bartender was done with her shift and asked us to tab with her, no problem, she brings my change back, hands it to me while talking to someone else. I had to get her attention to let her know that it was $20 short- she brings me the correct change, three 20’s and a 10, on a $30 tab. Anyone in the industry knows you should break down one of the bigger bills. Whatever, crap happens. We get one more drink a piece and tab out. The tab was 11.59 and I was given $8 and not the .41 cents. I still left a couple dollars tip but that is technically theft so it’s the principle. My boyfriend calls to see if that is customary for them and the manager “Lucas” said “it’s not necessarily always that way”. What does that mean? He said they don’t carry coins, so I should’ve been given $9, right? There was no sorry said once. I am very patient and understanding when it comes to anything to do with restaurant matters, but once I wasn’t given my full change that was a deal breaker for me. This bar seems to target a very specific clientele and it doesn’t appear to be anyone who isn’t trying to get their phone numbers. I never leave reviews but not giving someone all of their money back and the manager backing that play is mind blowing to me.

Ashton and Nadia were exceptional bartenders, always going the extra mile to ensure that I had a memorable experience. I never had an empty drink or an empty stomach. They were always there to answer my questions and my requests.

Super yummy burgers here! Great flavor and thick and juicy too! Fresh toppings — one of my favorite places to grab a burger when in the area! Try it out yourself!

This was our second time to the south location in the last month. No one had waited on us for 10-15 minutes after being seated, then the waitress who waited on us the first time asked if we had been helped yet, we said no so she helped us immediately and without question. She remembered what we ordered the first time we came which impressed me a lot. She was very attentive during our entire visit. My only negative view was watching the manager grope several of the female employees. In what world is that acceptable? Both visits I have seen him do this. You are a manager, act like it! Keep it professional and keep your hands and mouth where they belong, to yourself.

If you like to watch sports while you eat with chandeliers hanging overhead, go for it.
