I used to go here when it was nice. This place still looks nice, but the service and price are terrible. No refilling of medium drinks and everything is way more expensive than AMC, where we get free refills and everything costs less and just as nice. We won't come back to this place, and it's sad I used to love this place.
Experience: The ads were 30 minutes in total. In addition to the trailers for upcoming movies, they interspersed ads for local goods and services. Many of these ads were repetitive and annoying.
Pricing: Snacks and tickets are very expensive. This is the typical experience with a movie theatre and so you can buy/rent the movie at home for a fraction of the cost.
Customer Service: In an effort to save costs, they have fully automated the movie purchasing experience, meaning their is no staff to answer questions/provide guidance for those who cannot find their movie.
My two cents: Theatres deserve to go the way of the dodo if they are going to offer sub-par service at several times the price of simply buying/renting the movie.
Need more people working concessions, but other than that was a well maintained theater. Clean bathrooms and beautiful fireplaces and seating areas.
Forgot phone to redeem tickets
Over priced cleaning staff is lazy a blind man in a wheelchair good clean better than them
Pricey. The person in the next seat ordered 7 items, all of which were delivered in front of my seeing the screen. I don't know what she ordered, but it smelled bad too
Used to love this place, which is why I am keeping 4 stars, but over the past 2 years the overall quality just seems to be going down. Recently, we have been going to other theaters because of this downturn, but still visit whenever we want a nice IMAX experience.
The movie selections are always great.
Love the theatre options. The Grand, Directors Suite. The Balcony etc
My grandchildren and I attended movie Wicked on 12-1-24 at 11:30 in Theater 9. It was very cold in the theater. I’m a warm person usually, I wore a sweater and coat. I never removed my coat during the movie viewing. I went out to my car for a blanket for my grandson. I ask 3 employee if the heat could be checked. Theater was still cold when the movie ended. Movie was good, theater experience was unsatisfactory.

I love this theater, hands down the best one I'd go to, but I thought it would be nice to bring my parents to see Interstellar in IMAX! They love movies too and have never seen Interstellar before. When watching the movie, the speakers were WAY too loud, as a younger person, I almost had to plug my ears, and my mother did almost the entire time, the music was overwhelming, I could barely hear the actors talking during some scenes. I understand it's supposed to be booming and loud, but it was way too much...

I have taken off a star due to the amount of ads that are were shown before the movie. I am fine with ads when it is not the time for the movie to begin, but it was well after 7:30pm and ads were still being shown. There was even an ad between trailers! I was shocked at that the most as I am oaying to come here to have a different experience from streaming services. Plus I was watching an Imax movie. Imax is a premium feature at a premium price. The Cinema is a sacred place for a movie lover and should be held in higher regard.
Always a joy to come here. The feel of the massive entrances, the detailing, the variety of types of viewing you can choose, and wonderful IMAX and 4DX theaters!
My Family and I went to see Moana! We loved it, but we thought it was way too loud.... Someone cranked the sound up way too much, plus I have no ear drum in one ear, no hearing aid and work at Amazon warehouse, so with that being said I think the late night showing wasn't worth it. I rather watch a movie at home than bring my kids home wanting headache medicine for the price. Sorry, not sorry.
Cold as a witch’s you know what at Wicked. We paid plenty for the heat to work. Kinda disappointed.
Went to the opening night of Wicked on the 21st and literally almost froze to death. Just had a friend to go see Wicked today and if her and her mother hadn't worn two jackets they would have froze. Making it excessively cold so people buy your $20 blankets is not okay. I will never ever come to the theater and watch a movie ever again because of this. I understand wanting to keep down germs but this was excessive. I'm anemic and so even with taking iron it took me a full 24 hours to get warm. We shouldn't have to suffer through a movie after paying the prices we already paid for everything. I had a group event where we were going to rent out of the theater and I can tell you right now it will not be here
