Ordered in the drive thru. Not the worst I've had, but the food was cold from sitting too long. The order was correct, took a long time to get food. I would recommend heading to the Norman location or i240 location if you will be traveling past those. Staff was friendly.

Super slow, they seem to only take one order at a time in the drive-thru. They won’t take another order until the person at the window has gotten their order and left, causing a long wait.

The service here is extremely slow, on top of the fact that the employees are not very friendly or customer service oriented. The other day I brought my daughter here because she loves panda express. Unfortunately, this is the only one nearby us so I am forced to come here just for her. While we were in the drive-through, the employee was very inattentive, and acted as though us being there was an extreme bother to her. It took forever for us to get our food while at the window, and when we finally did get our food, she handed me the bag, without even looking at me or saying anything. I just found her to have a terrible attitude. Unfortunately, this is the case every time I come.

Horrible service, i sat at the the drive thru intercom for 3 mins, i said “hello” one second please .. 5 minutes later…. one second please… 10 minutes , lined wrapped around the building … can i take your order… i order , no vegetables (broccoli ) paid full price . no discount , no free drink , no sorry for your wait , no explanation … Do better! waiting is one thing but no communication , non empathetic… just horrible

First off they gave my wife the wrong order today and this has happened every time she goes there but they gave her peanuts in one of the entrees and she’s allergic to peanuts so she called and the scumbag manager told her basically he doesn’t care to fix her meal that she can call corporate who is this clown ? I mean seriously he’s the manager how did he get to be that with an attitude like this so rude absolutely ridiculous no customer service at all or people skills and wants to get a lawsuit cause he’s a pos with an attitude well we are going to call corporate like he asked and find out if this is how they want there management to fix situations like this cause I can bet that it isn’t and he thinks he’s untouchable get ready bud you won’t have a job soon and this place needs a health department inspection asap so they will be called also it’s dirty the bathroom is disgusting I can see why it has a low rating cause of management time to clean up this place I bet Corp will not like this at all go to the area director then up from there you’re done

Food was terrible no vegetables in the fried rice. Paid extra for only 5 pieces of shrimp? The orange chicken wasn’t even chicken it was little bites of gelatin or something but definitely not chicken the lady who took my order was friendly and quick but in terms of teamwork and atmosphere I felt some tension and seen some arguing but nothing would make me return to Panda Express

I went inside to order and when I saw the beef and broccoli only had broccoli I asked if there was any more beef and the young lady I was talking to turned her back to me. The end. I turned around and walked out… she probably ate all of it straight out of the pan by the looks of her

Very good Asian food without leaving your car.(Update) lowered my stars to 1. Food is still good but getting it is hardly worth the effort at this location.I should take my own advice and not go here. Gave it another try, Aug 19th online order was mostly missing. My fault for not checking I suppose. What I was allowed to have was good though.Well I returned due to brain lapse, after waiting in line 30 minutes I gave up. I assume the food is still good, service still sucks. jan-2024
