At this particular store. They have employee who's name is Ike. I want the higher ups to know that this young man has the absolute best customer service ever he needs a raise and or promotion.
Tell me why my mobile order required an extra 15 minutes when I arrived to be ready. 40 minutes total from online order to driving home.... I always end up annoyed ordering from here and the food quality is mid af. Go to a China House or China Garden right up the street. 100x

Food was terrible no vegetables in the fried rice. Paid extra for only 5 pieces of shrimp? The orange chicken wasn’t even chicken it was little bites of gelatin or something but definitely not chicken the lady who took my order was friendly and quick but in terms of teamwork and atmosphere I felt some tension and seen some arguing but nothing would make me return to Panda Express
