The only BBQ I experienced was the container that was for the BBQ sauce. The brisket was not from a smoker, but seemed to be from an oven with some type of juice on the outside to let the oven "color it." No taste. Very very dry. Then the pulled pork must have been boiled in an oven and thin with it seemed like they got a big spoon and scraped a "roll" of more like "pot roast" and put it next to the so-called brisket.
