Been going here since it opened, not the same place as it use to be. Salsa was bowls of red water and queso was yellow lumpy flour. No tortillas brought to the table, ask for tortillas and still never got any. Ordered a beer, empty before the meal came, ask for another and didn’t get it until almost finished. 1st visit, loved it!! Good food & the best server we have had in a long time. We will be back
Visited Ricky’s last Sat. Oct. 22, 2022 for maybe the 10th time.
Ordered $15.00 Menudo, which was watery with very little pozole and big chunks of meats and tripe - was not good. My wife ordered $13.00 mole enchiladas which had very little mole, and was charged $2.00 for about 1 tablespoonful of extra mole. Very expensive for very little mole. Do not recommend or plan to return.

Ricky's Cafe offers authentic Mexican cuisine, featuring delicious dishes such as steak fajitas, which are known for their tenderness and great taste. The food is consistently impressive, with many guests praising the beef fajitas as the best they have ever had, complemented by handmade tortillas. The restaurant is recognized as the oldest Mexican restaurant in Moore and is known for being family-friendly, catering to various dietary needs with vegetarian options and a kids' menu. While service can be inconsistent, some visitors report outstanding experiences, especially when handling large groups. Recent reviews highlight the friendly and helpful staff, who are patient and prompt even during busy times. However, there have been mentions of issues with cleanliness and some food items, like the Coke and tortilla soup, not meeting expectations. Despite these concerns, many customers express a strong desire to return for the excellent food, including refried beans with whole pinto beans, enchiladas, tamales, and freshly made tortillas and chips. Ricky's Cafe remains a popular destination worth revisiting for its flavorful Mexican fare and traditional atmosphere.
