I've been coming here quite a bit. I always order the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. It is always always ALWAYS topped with cinnamon. Not just at this location, but every location I have ever been to. I never ask for it. There wasn't any cinnamon on top so I asked maybe they ran out?? The young gentleman rudely says to me, it doesn't come on top. We never put it on top. One, yes they always do, and two why are you being rude arguing with a customer that's already paid? I will not be coming here anymore.

The employee who served my mom and I had absolutely amazing customer service. Her name was McKenna. She had good recommendations for my mother who wasn’t familiar with a drink, she listened and was patient, then she asked my mother if she wanted to try the drink before leaving so my mom could see if she liked it. Thank you for the amazing service.

Employee this morning 12/31/23 was beyond hateful and rude when asking to refund an order that was incorrectly placed at this store, employee said it was not her problem, this was at 555am.
Zero stars on serviceI stood at the cash register waiting to place my order for 5 minutes. People started lining up behind me. Employees walked by me, looked at me, but just continued on. No one said a word. A very rude young woman with glasses and orange hair walked up with an attitude and took my order. Work on your customer service skills, acknowledge those in line, it's your job, you work in customer service. I would have walked out, but I have been on the road for 2,000 miles with another 800 to go, and I needed a "real" coffee... It's Oklahoma. What can I expect, though, right?!

Me and my girlfriend went to get coffee at this Starbucks because it’s the closest one to our house. We usually get it from the one in Norman which rarely gets anything wrong with our simple order. My girlfriend got a coffee frappe and this what they gave her. There’s barely any coffee in it!
