My household has placed 3 separate online orders in the past week. When we arrived each time, none of the orders were ready and they supposedly had no record of any of those paid orders. We have had to present our online receipts each and everytime to receive our paid orders. And they aren't even nice about it. This third time, they were downright rude . . . clueless. I guess this will be my last online order through the app and I hate that locations drive thru, so . . .
This location sucks. They gave me a tall drink after I ordered and paid for a grande drink. I tried to call them and let them know but all I got was a busy signal. This is not how you do business.
I love Starbucks so to me they all are awesome
