Before the remodel this was the best Starbucks to come to. Now every single time I come they mess up my order and forget something. When I try to explain what happens they are saying they can't do anything about my drink being made wrong. And they do not give me a refund or remake my drink. I would not recommend coming to this location.
So sad it's closed. All Starbucks I've been to are usually quite busy, but the workers on 19TH do their best to make your trip worth it. Shoutout to the barista Mercy (might be Marcy) for always having a great attitude and for keeping the line moving... I hope all the same workers come back after reopening!

She had good recommendations for my mother who wasn’t familiar with a drink, she listened and was patient, then she asked my mother if she wanted to try the drink before leaving so my mom could see if she liked it.
