I ordered online supposed to be ready within 20 mins when I went by I waited another 30 mins. Looking at the kitchen about 3 girls on their phones no gloves touching everything Disgusting!! I won’t return to this location.

Each wing stop takes roughly fifteen minutes. each time i come in it is egregiously longer than that. everyone is nice here so i hate to say it. But even when it’s slow it takes a fortnight to receive an order. probably because everybody in the city of Moore is ordering DoorDash

Staff was rude, I placed an online order.
Showed up to pick up, at the time my app said my order was “ready”, just to have to wait AN ENTIRE HOUR again, for my order.
Then I get home, magically my food is cold. The entire damn order, I will NOT be ordering from this specific location again.

Order food online. Was to be done in 20 minutes. Showed up to quoted time. Was told will be another 20-30minute wait. Total was an hour. The lady at the front was nice but customers were frustrated. Got home to open a container of unseasoned chicken. We literally received plan chicken when different sauces were requested. Very disappointed. I didn’t want to have to wait another hour so I didn’t even take it back.

They refuse to answer their phones , can’t even place an order over the phone anymore, I’ve been on hold for 15 mins. I have a newborn, I need to order ahead , I only have cash payment.

Multiple times I have ordered from this wingstop and received either no dipping sauce, no sauce on the wings, 20 wings stuffed into one box with only paper separating the wings. Absolutely deplorable location, and corporate needs to step in.

We had 3 chicken sandwiches and 3 flavors that were NOT labeled. Sauce, for whatever reason, was all over our containers, and our chicken didn't have any sauce on it. It seemed to be just seasoning. Fries we had melted cheese and were wonderful, chicken sandwiches were decent, wish we had option online for adding pickles. Over all decent taste could be an off night. This location was slammed, and a ton of cooks worked hard.
