I’m truly blown away by my meal I received on 12/9/25. Whoever was working the kitchen was WORKING the kitchen. My fries? Wonderfully crispy and seasoned to perfection. My wings? Lemon peppered to the gods. Please give these employees an obese Christmas bonus. They deserve it.

Let me start by saying that I do Wing Stop a lot and this was the best Location and Customer Service hands-down! I live in Arizona and the fries are usually brown and soggy not at this location. They were crispy fresh and seasoned perfectly. Jada was the person that took my order. Excellent customer service skills. She made sure to make me feel welcomed. I had the chicken sandwich combo. My food was on point. The chicken sandwich was not over cooked and the bun was fresh. Great customer experience which is hard to come by these days. Jada needs to give a customer service class to other Wing Stop locations!

Got raw chicken wings, and grease all on my car seat from the bag soaking with grease.... I can't even call while they are open to get a refund due to their phone saying they are closed even though they arent...

The food is good, and the prices are mostly fair. I just needed to complain somewhere that the survey they ask you to complete in exchange for free fries gives you a code to use online, but the code didn’t work for me. It ended up being a waste of my time. Also, the sauces are $1.30 even with a combo. A medium-sized cup of ranch being $1.30 is crazy. If you order in person, they don’t typically mention that it’s an upcharge, let alone another $1.30.
