Thank you Ana, you were extremely helpful and polite, positive attitude great customer service!
My recent call with Alex was excellent. She was kind, personable & really listened. She helped me with numerous things. She was very patient & didn't try to rush me. She helped resolve concerns regarding my insurance as well as difficulty with my lock that wasn't resolved by the previous owners. I have storage in 3 other towns. None of them have ever been as helpful or courteous as Alex. She is definitely as asset to Arborstone.
Ana was able to help me out!
