I wentbthrough the drive through. The last time OlI went I got the chicken and dumpling dinner. They put a lot of black pepper. Which isn't a bad thing if they'd just put a tad more salt in it. Needs more or equal amounts of salt as to the pepper.
Nasty nasty. We could always depend on the chicken chunks but not today. They are half the size they used to be and tasted awful. Not even the coleslaw was good. The chicken fried steak was tasteless. Best part about the meal, the Pepsi and Dr pepper.

I have been eating at Charle’s for a while. But I have been very disappointed in they food portions. You used to get a nice size meatloaf but it has just about been cut in half now. I ordered the baked chicken and I got a peice of baked chicken and it was so small I had to really look for it. The flavor was wonderful but not only was it very small it was so dry I had to give it to my dogs. Very disappointed
Food is always good scallop potatoes and broccoli cheese rice.

Love the food here, just gotta hope when you make a call in order you don't get the female employee that likes to raise her voice and speak over you because you had a question. Customer service is #1 and sadly they should reconsider the choice of staff and their ability to be kind. Customers make your pay checkUpdate- went in to make my order and speak to someone about the bad phone call. They clearly don't care and said their phone is messed up. No ma'am she heard me fine the entire phone call. Started hollering when I asked about adding two rolls. It was probably her covering herself, no excuse for an ugly attitude. If you hate your job go find a new one.

Outstanding meal! Charlie's Chicken is one of the things I miss about living back home. The place was clean and everyone was super friendly. Had the spicy chunks for the first time. They were pretty good but I might get a mix with original next time. This location still has gizzards too if you are interested. It was good to be home! Hopefully, I will see you soon Oklahoma!

Had chicken chunks for lunch...they were freshly made and delicious! Live the corn dodgers and the broccoli grape salad too!
The establishment was clean, chicken was fresh and hot, it was not like the one in Ft. Gibson. And the customer service was ? great.
