I love their potato wedges but honestly the Charies on the west side is a lot better then the one on the east side of Muskogee. They are more into making sure you get good food to eat and good service on the west side I have never had any problems there.sometimes they are so busy it is hard to get an order in but even though they never get orders wrong and the food is always hot and fresh.
First time trying Charlie's Fried Chicken and we will definitely stop back in next time passing through town. Service was great and made some suggestions on our side choices. All three of us had bone in chicken dinners. Chicken was hot, juicy and very flavorful. The crust was delicious! It is thick, lightly crispy and well seasoned. I wentbthrough the drive through. The last time OlI went I got the chicken and dumpling dinner. They put a lot of black pepper. Which isn't a bad thing if they'd just put a tad more salt in it. Needs more or equal amounts of salt as to the pepper.
