I took my 5 year old son in to get a pepperoni pizza. He needed to use the bathroom, and I told him I didn’t think they had a bathroom up front. The gentleman at the counter said hold on, let me check. He asked if we could use the restroom and I was able to let my little boy use the bathroom.When we came out not only was the pizza ready, but he surprised my little boy with some little packs of little ceasar cookies. Totally above and beyond. I wish I got his name, but only happened about 15 minutes ago. Would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

They said twenty minutes, show up later and they haven't even started my pizza. Took about 40 minutes before they even started and by then I was fed up. Pizza came out hot, They usually get it done right, but there are times where the employees don't do anything. Go to the other location if you want it to be done in time.

Took 20 minutes longer then they said it would take so from order to pick up it was a total of 50 minutes, bread sticks under done and pizza was not enough sauce spread to crust-was a-lot of crust and was uneven in crust and pizza was cut wonky.

ordered pizza through the app, took 20 minutes longer then they said- the kiosk warmer is not working so have to wait in line to wait for someone is available to help pick up your order- when got the pizza home the sauce was is center of pizza with alot of crust and was not even, the crust was thin on one side and thicker on the other and crazy bread was under done.

I ordered $65.40 worth of food when I got home one of my cheese pizzas was so burnt it was black on top you could smell the burntness when you open the box. I immediately called the store but of course no one answered and when they did they picked up and hung up on me then I called back and it was a busy signal. There were two boys working at the time. The one in the back making pizza did not wear gloves or apron he had a lot of hair with a beanie on and no hair net. The one that was working up front handling cash I'm assuming his name is Zakk M. Well that's what it says on my receipt who the cashier was. would go in the back and handle the food without washing his hands. Because we were unable to get a hold of anybody on the phone my husband had to drive all the way back to Muskogee to Little Caesars and take the pizza back. Thank God when he got there a different shift had came in and replaced the burnt cheese pizza with a new one. It's pretty sad that when my husband got there and showed them the burnt pizza the employees there also agreed that the pizza was burnt. All I have to say is it's not that hard to see when a pizza is burnt especially when you go to put it in the Box. And knowing the pizza was burnt is bad customer service you two guys can do better.

This location WILL NOT answer the phone. I am needing a refund for placing an order at the wrong location, which is an hour from me. Customer service does not help because the owner of this store never calls anyone back, answers, or emails back. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone since MAY 18th. Spent $42.52 and have yet to get a refund.

I had placed an order through the app and I had to wait an hour for it to be ready which was 30 mins longer then the time that it suggested would have been ready and when got the pizza their was very little sauce and I asked for the pretzel crust and what I paid for and I do not believe I got the pretzel crust and my cheese pizza crust was thick and large on one side and little on the other- just probably will not return to this location
