I took my 5 year old son in to get a pepperoni pizza. He needed to use the bathroom, and I told him I didn’t think they had a bathroom up front. The gentleman at the counter said hold on, let me check. He asked if we could use the restroom and I was able to let my little boy use the bathroom.When we came out not only was the pizza ready, but he surprised my little boy with some little packs of little ceasar cookies. They said twenty minutes, show up later and they haven't even started my pizza. Took about 40 minutes before they even started and by then I was fed up. Pizza came out hot, They usually get it done right, but there are times where the employees don't do anything. Go to the other location if you want it to be done in time.

I had placed an order through the app and I had to wait an hour for it to be ready which was 30 mins longer then the time that it suggested would have been ready and when got the pizza their was very little sauce and I asked for the pretzel crust and what I paid for and I do not believe I got the pretzel crust and my cheese pizza crust was thick and large on one side and little on the other- just probably will not return to this location
