It's a Taco Bell. The food is decent, the service is ok, but the lobby is a bit dated or just possibly dirty.
The building looks like it could use a bit of TLC to get up to snuff, but it does what it needs to do for them, so I don't see that happening.
The staff are really young, and sometimes they'll hit on you, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, just unexpected.

I lOVe eating Taco Bell, they have lots of options and my boyfriend can each get a meal for under 10$.
