We needed a bunch of chicken for a funeral gathering. While they did a good job on the food, the person working drive-through should have been more polite for a $130 order. We can buy chicken anywhere. You need to at least be polite for large orders.

I wasn't sure on what came with what, so I called in my order and spoke with Paul, he is a rare find. He was helpful, kind and patient, because I was adding on a few more items. You can tell he enjoys his job. The food was nice and hot. I love their rolls. Thank you so much for your help and kindness.

To be honest I pulled into the driveway and looked at the menu and saw the 7 peices chicken dinner was out of my price range that I would pay for fast food.
When I can sit and order at a dinner and eat as good if not better for the same money.
Sorry guys Chicken Express is no longer my go to chicken strip restaurant.
Krispy kruncky Chicken at my local Conoco or Express station is as good and costs less.
