I just received my food from an online order. They forgot my sauces and put my hot food on top of my coleslaw which was warm. No one noticed I had walked in and I was standing there watching the manager and two employees. It took about 5 min before anyone looked up to greet me. While waiting to get sauces I saw an employee standing in the kitchen eating mac n cheese or mashed potatoes. She then wiped her mouth with her hand and then wiped it on her apron and proceeded to get a drink then walked back to the service line without ever washing hands. Besides the fact that eating in the kitchen is a health code violation so is not washing your hands after eating. The manager walked right past her as she did these things and didn’t mention anything to her about her behaviors.

Ordered 2 buckets online (12/16), made it to the store 15 minutes later and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. Food never arrived, manager never bothered to come out of the back, kid running the counter said the folks in the back wouldn't tell him how much longer. Restaurant was empty! Then KFC support never processed my refund so I may have to deal with a charge back on my card. This may literally be the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to which is impressive in its own right.

Got a 16 piece family meal...did an online order...went thru the drive thru...was timely for being 7 cars in line...got home...had 8 breasts 1 drum stick and 7 wings...ZERO BISCUITS!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING??? ZERO BISCUITS AND 8 BREASTS???

The chicken is so soggy. I expected it to be crispy. I had their chicken sandwich as well with my order and it tasted okay for my experience. I can’t really say it’s good because it’s just missing out.

Not quite sure how a fast food chicken place expects to sell chicken AT SUPPER TIME (6:30pm) if you expect people to wait 25-30 minutes for the chicken to be ready. WAKE UP owners or you won't have a place in the future!

Im rating the kfc in el reno, the chicken is the worst i ever have it were so nasty my dog would not eat it. They need to close it down, i would not tell nobody to stop by there, they nèed to change the grease, the chicken mashed potatoes green beans were nasty. It should be against the law for it being open for business,need a new manger

food was good but they asked us to pull around and wait. We did and they gave our food to someone else waiting who showed up after we did. I told them as soon as she handed the food to them. She apologized and said they would make ours again so then we got to wait longer. I finally went in and asked them how they were gonna fix this. they told me that person ordered at the same time so there was nothing to fix. yeah right. terrible service.

No ac? How could they even make their employees work in that heat? It's hotter in there than it is outside? Inhumane to say the least. I'm flabbergasted at the audacity of their employers.Only 5 stars cause the food and employees were great.

We wanted to give KFC a try because Popeyes is slipping. We Went through the drive-thru...seems that's all they can handle because the dining room was closed again. We waited for about 25 minutes for fresh chicken because they didn't have enough for our order, which is fine. I'll always wait for fresh and hot chicken. I ordered the crispy 12-piece meal. the 2 mashed potatoes were 14 Oz each. I don't know if that's the standard size but it didn't go far. The chicken was good but too dark. It seemed like the oil was old or dirty. For $35 I think I can expect better. I've been eating KFC since the 70's ever since Pepsi bought them they have gone downhill. Bland and lower quality. I'd tell them how to fix it but their ego's couldn't handle it. But here's a clue. Put the recipes that started it back the way it was. If you need to raise prices don't make a profit on higher costs. Go off books and instead of raising 4-5x the increase of food cost. Just create a new column for inflation.Then calculate your percentages and it will work. Raising prices so high will lower foot traffic. Lower foot traffic leads to closed doors. It's not about percentages, but how much money you put in your pocket. The same for Taco Bell ? go back to the basics.
