We went in for lunch today (6/3) at 1130ish. Kayla was the only one working out of the 3 people I saw. She was taking lobby orders, drive-thru and preparing the orders. Although we had a pretty extensive wait during our lunch break she was great and did her best. The guy in the back who just added fries the the fryer did nothing to help her get orders prepared.
The chicken was very dry. Like it was overcooked. Service slow.
I came in for a DoorDash today, and the lady who I think was the GM was super nice.
