Went for my "Usual" breakfast (Baja Omelet with sides). Service was Excellent as usual. Last several visits the Omelets have been mediocre, all the ingredients in the center (cheese not fully melted), eggs not fully done (still runny) and just tossed on the plate!
But today was OUTSTANDING!! The Omelet was amazing!! This is how I remember them being at Jimmy's Egg. The cook that prepared it was Arturo, and I could tell he wasn't back there just pushing orders out 1/minute....read full review

Mackenzie was awesome. Fast, accurate service and she was so polite. I really enjoyed my breakfast here.
Excellent experience this morning. Food was fast and delicious. My server Ezekiel was very friendly and professional.
