Sandwich must have been made at noon. Went through drive through at 5:00 and p/u for my wife and I. Bread was dry any meat cold.
I will be the first to complain when necessary. But if praise is due, I give it just as quickly. Tonight, my grandson could not decide what he wanted. Finally we got our order placed. When we got home we realized we did not get our shake and there was no Senior discount on the ticket. I went back alone, so my grandson could go ahead and eat while the food was hot. 8/4/26..stopped in and once again got astounding service from Matt and the entire team...love this Arby's!!! Last years review is as follows....was in Arby's Mustang last Friday, super friendly woman took my order, I used a coupon for two French dips. I've never had a bad experience at this location. I remember when it was built.
