Very clean and modern facility with robust menu if you’re looking for Vietnamese cuisine. I had one of their beef sandwiches which was loaded with flavor and a tasty mayonnaise that was caked on a little too thick for me, but still good. I also had two of their pork spring rolls which were also good. Service was quick but the guy who helped me was not the friendliest or very helpful in understanding/explaining the menu. Mama Hong's Pho & Bistro offers a variety of delicious dishes for dine-in or take-out. Their Pork Rice platter is a standout, with wontons that are "amazing". The Korean BBQ is also a hit with kids. For appetizers, the crab rangoon and pork dumplings are really good. Their Pho is hot and fresh and perfect, and the Vietnamese sandwich, although a bit crispy, features tender steak and well-balanced pickled vegetables. The restaurant also offers vermicelli noodle grilled pork and grilled beef rice platters, which are both perfect. The place is very clean, and the pho is ranked among the top five. Many customers enjoy their summer rolls, dumplings, and the grilled pork chop with rice and egg, which has soft rice, flavorful pork, and a nice fried egg. The beef short rib is a favorite. While service wasn't particularly memorable before, the service is now wonderful and great. Parking can be limited during busy weekends, but overall, Mama Hong's provides a great range of tasty options and is highly recommended.
