Mama Hong's Pho & Bistro offers a variety of delicious dishes for dine-in or take-out. Their Pork Rice platter is a standout, with wontons that are "amazing". The Korean BBQ is also a hit with kids. For appetizers, the crab rangoon and pork dumplings are fresh and flavorful, with "damn good" sauces. Their Pho is hot and fresh, and the Vietnamese sandwich, although a bit crispy, features tender steak and well-balanced pickled vegetables. The restaurant also offers vermicelli noodle grilled pork and grilled beef rice platters, both presented perfectly and served at the right temperature. With excellent service and a range of options, Mama Hong's is a highly recommended spot.
