The service was very good. The servers were quick, and effiecent. The food on the other hand was one step short of unedible. The food was not warm, sliced brisket was dry and had no flavor. Fried Okra was so hard you could not taste okra at all. I will not visit another Swadley's BBQ anywere. If I wasn't there for a business lunch I would have sent the food back and left.

I smelled BBQ in Mustang and decided to try Swadleys. Was a little hesitant with their state corruption charges.They tried to charge $2.99 for a fountain drink. ($10.99 lunch special doesn’t include a drink.) Then you have to choose a tip amount when you pay with a card. So they give you cash to set on your table. It’s weird. The food was alright.Parking is a complete mess. They corral cars and people around like cattle. Someone was going the wrong way and I had to turn into the drive thru corral. I’m stuck in there trying to leave while this car wants to get into that lane. There are others trying to figure it out while we are stuck in a deadlock. No bueno.$3 fountain drinks, boring lunch specials, and a convoluted maze are probably reasons I won’t be returning. This place is probably great if you are elderly and like being herded in lines while looking at fake antiques and have all the time in the world.

Service and portion size need more Attention. Should the business be concerned with increasing market share more attention could be directed to the business community and increasing portion sizes especially in regards to sides.

Perfect Chicken Fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and a roll with a side salad provided a filling meal. Tried the hot links for the first time and rewarded with very tender, spicy sausage along with tender sliced smoked chicken. Liked the slaw with a light and not too thick dressing. Fries and roll rounded out the meal with several different bbq sauces.

Swadley's you're slipping. Last time we were there at your Mustang location, we had to actually get up and ask someone to bring us some tea. We were completely forgotten about where we sat, where some of the staff we're hiding in corners on their phones. Not good. So, before 8 p.m. tonight we decided we'd just go to the drive-thru. We drive all the way to the Mustang location, pull up to the ordering screen, and are told, verbatim, welcome to Swadley's we're out of... And the list included everything except the barbecue chicken. On a Saturday night, more than an hour before close, you're out of everything except chicken and side dishes? No more. This is the last time we're going to be disappointed with your restaurant. On a Saturday night, especially when you don't open again til Monday, there's no excuse for running out of literally everything on your menu but chicken. You have plenty of time to have this ready before closing over an hour after we were there. The worst part is that we have friends from out of town, who decided at the last minute they wanted barbecue before they leave Monday. They got to experience this with us. Just makes Oklahoma look bad when your chosen BBQ Place runs all out of meat!
