My kid went to pick up an online order, waited for 48 minutes, an online order that should have been ready for pick up. Anyway, when it finally came out, it said her first name and the last name part was 'd34d' (some crazy combination to mean dead). I called the manager, he said he didn't know but it did not come from them, the sticker did not come from them. Who else could the sticker have come from? The name used to create and order online is her first name and last initial only, last initial starts with the letter W. Very wild!

I just moved to Mustang and this is the first time I've been to this location. I used the App and got the Supreme Luxe Box with Chalupa Supreme - Chicken , Beefy 5 Layer Burrito , Soft Taco , Cinnamon Twists , and a Medium Dr Pepper all for $7.00 plus tax. I received my food quickly and took it home. Everything was put nicely in the box , nothing missing , and the 6 hot sauce packets I asked for. I read a bunch of bad older reviews on this location , but for me , everything was just like any other Taco Bell I've been to. The dining area was clean and my food was good. I didn't interact with the employees since I ordered on the app and they put your order in a rack on the counter. I usually take pictures for reviews , especially if it's my first time , but I was hungry and ready to get home after a long morning.

The kiosk is a horrible idea. Takes three times more time to order than in person. The order wasn’t complete, food was not good at all and one of the staff was very rude when I asked for water. My Crunchwrap was missing any kind of meat. I’m not interested in returning. This was a great stop in the past.

I’m honestly amazed how everytime I order it can be wrong… in a month and half I have been to this location 3 times. I always order the #2 (3 soft taco supremes) somehow I consistently get regular tacos. Tonight I even reiterated “#2 three soft taco supremes” still regular tacos. I guess I need to start checking at the window because the drive is too far for some tomatoes and sour cream. I’d just like to not be disappointed once…

Update 2025: it's all kiosk all the time

I guess I selected wrong on the app, I don't know.
But I went inside to get my mobile order, pp completely ignored by all working in the liven made duct eye contact with whomever was in the managers office several times, repeatedly hollered excuse me, i need help, and waved my arms for help to the 4 people in the kitchen. But was completely ignored. Stated surveyor into the surveillance camera and asked for help.... finally after 5-10 minutes of standing in the lobby at the counter in plain view to the kitchen caught the eye of the guy working drive thru. He pushed my app order through, got my food and it was not even prepared correctly. This location is a fail again.

Get to the window and they don't have sweet tea because they ran out (10 at night) no problem unsweet tea fine. Get my food take a bite ewww has sour cream when I asked for no sour cream. Take a big drink of my tea .....oh wait that isn't tea either is some funky fruit punch crap.
It's been 6 months since I've been to this location. NEVER AGAIN
I'll drive to Yukon.
(honestly I hate this drive thru because anywhere else I would've left after 10 minutes but your trapped in the drive thru)

Limited my mild sauces. My chicken burrito had undercooked chicken. My doritos locos taco was super soggy. Only really got to enjoy my 2 beefy 5 layers and my chips and cheese.

We went to the drive-thru and someone went out of their way to be sure that our cinnamon, twists and nacho fries were turned completely upside down with everything else on top. (I could understand them falling over but that is not what happened here) I gave three stars because the food was good
