Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I was going through the drive through and there were only two people in front of me and it took 25 minutes for me to get one smoothie. Once I got my smoothie, it ended up not being like how it is in other locations, wasn't well blended at all, and was overly flavorful and jaw hurting at certain parts. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or just slow, but it would be nice to have some improvement. Other people have a lot of the same complaints as me at this location.

They didn t rush us to finish.

They said they were short staffed, but they weren't busy when we were there. We got our lunch in 15 minutes, but it took 20 minutes to get 1 of the smoothies and over 30 minutes to get the 2nd smoothie.

Good smoothies. A little pricey.

Very expensive..

The last few times we’ve been here our order has taken at least 30 minutes, even after mobile ordering! One worker and she was talking on the phone and texting the entire time she made our order. Unacceptable! We’ll go to the Yukon location from now on.

Took over 40 minutes to get my smoothie and sandwich. Tons of orders were backed up. I would’ve just got my money back but couldn’t get anyone to even do that. Absolutely the worst service imaginable. I wish they would’ve just told me it would take 40 minutes to get a smoothie and a sandwich and I would’ve not even bothered but they kept saying ten minutes until I got mad and got it after 40 minutes. Ruined my lunch.

My husband and I like to meet here for lunch when we can and have never been disappointed. The employees are always friendly and quick! Our food and drinks are always on point! The facility is always clean and welcoming. It feels like we’re back home kickin it with some friends. Truly the perfect spot for lunch and a break from the day.

The service is always great and it’s always clean…..wish I could say the same about the food. The past few times I’ve gone there in the past month or two the smoothies have always been very grass tasting and a little sour and bitter. I’ve tried different flavors but they are all the same. Don’t know if it’s just mustang or everywhere else.
