Second worst job I've ever had. Only maybe two coworkers were acceptable. I got fired after a coworker routinely tried to force me to do illegal substances and because i was trying to get him clean, was fired for being nearby.

Absolutely disgusting in the back, extremely poor hands off training, and never been lied to and about by my entire workforce before. I've been back to this location since, all that's changed is who i got fired for my filed complaints.

Honestly, I am really surprised by other reviews and what they are saying. Of course this is a fast food restaurant and it has its down points but I don’t get why people make such a bad deal about it. And some locations are a hit and miss while some are bad. Honestly when I went the staff weren’t bad and they are some of the most friendly staff and some of the nicest people you could meet. A lot of them went out of the way to have conversations and everything. Didn’t get two of my nuggets of a 4 pc. and ensured I got it and received what I paid for and asked if I wanted sauce. Pretty good for a fast food chain. I’d advise it if you are looked for somewhere to eat in the area. Haven’t ever had a bad experience.

Worst service experience in my life. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like crap. My order was 30.01 and I gave the cashier my money and she dropped the bill. No big deal it wasn't a problem I picked it up and handed it to her. The manager got mad when I tried tossing a penny on the counter and it dropped on the floor. Cassandra the manager came out and started insulting me on how I did it on purpose and threw money in the floor just to make her mad. When truth is, I'm just getting off of a 1200 mile drive and I am just trying to get food for me and my son and i am being yelled and and told I'm a bad person and that I am having 911 called on me. I hope corporate sees the drive thru footage where she raises her hand to me because I am opening the drive thru window asking for corporates number

There is no sanitation at this establishment. They were touching our food with their bare hands after scratching his head. I do not recommend for anyone to come to this place and eat.

I ordered a large French fries and paid $4.02. They were not fresh...in fact, they must have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours!! This is totally unacceptable. This is not the first time I have received less than edible food at this location. Don't you have standards to avoid serving old food? I AM SO DISGUSTED!

Horrible Horrible Horrible the customer service in the drive through was awful the lady working was very rude and actually cussed at us🫣 they need to train their employees better when taking my complaint to management all he did was stand there while the employee continued screaming and ranting...like ma'am all I said was i wanted bottled water not in a cup!!! Seriously and the food wasn't even fresh do better Wendy's

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two breakfast combos: a burrito combo with a Coke and a maple bacon chicken croissant combo with a Diet Coke, along with two Cinnabon Pull-Aparts. I wasn’t given a receipt, and instead of the maple bacon chicken croissant, I received a chicken biscuit. The potatoes in both combos were cold, the Diet Coke was flat and tasted off, and the Cinnabon Pull-Aparts were overcooked with barely any icing. I ended up throwing the entire meal away—it was inedible. I wasted $28 on breakfast I couldn’t even eat. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Fries were greasy. Sandwich tasted weird. Sweet tea was alot of sugar with just a little tea. Undrinkable!
Tried this Wendy's again today and again the coke was a weird color with no syrup. It was just fizzy with no sweetener. Fries were old, cold and droopy and my chicken sandwich had soooo much mayo it was mushy. WHAT WAS I THINKING? NEVER AGAIN!!

I have literally never placed a bad review anywhere, but I genuinely have never had such a bad experience at a place before. I keep going, for whatever reason, but there have been 4 instances that have been unpleasant and mind boggling.

1. Me and my boyfriend placed two separate orders and came inside to eat. Off the bat, boyfriend’s order was all the way wrong. He didn’t get his food, and I did not get ALL of my food. We went up, notified the worker, then waited MORE, then I got the rest of my order. Then, my boyfriend got an order, but it was just a copy about my order! We went up to bring it up to the worker, and he shuts us down and says WE’RE wrong. What?? 😭

2. Hair in my food. Long, dirty blonde hair I pulled out of my mouth that was cooked into a burger. Called and they gave us free food, but why was there ever hair? 😭

3. Got food, ate inside, watched one of the managers get ARRESTED. AND THEN LET. GO. If that tells you anything about the inside of this store.

4. Tonight, my boyfriend placed a mobile order at 8:12 for a simple burger, nuggets, and fries. We arrived around 8:14, and got told to pull into a parking spot to wait. Okay, fine. Couple minutes…someone comes up and asks if we had a completely different order. Nope, we had the mobile order. He walks away and never comes back. We proceed to sit for another 22 minutes. Overall, our order never came out for 25 minutes. We pulled around, notified the worker that we never got our food. She asks, “what do you mean?” …what? We clarified, and we pulled around to be told “we thought you got your food!” Insane. They offer free food for the inconvenience, okay cool. We ask for some fries and a vanilla frosty. They get us some fries, and then tell us that their frosty machine is making “weird noises” and would we like the chocolate instead. Insanity.

This Wendy’s has never failed to mess up my food. But I keep coming back. So the food’s good, at least when there’s no hair in it.

My biggest problem with my visit to this location today was it's serious lack of cleanliness. The tables in the dining area had not been wiped down properly. You could literally see that the tables were still dirty from the previous customers who had been sitting there. The bathroom appears to not have had attention in at least a week with the trash can overflowing with used paper towels. The bathroom floor looked like there was a massive spot where someone got sick and threw up on the floor and clearly it had never been addressed as it was literally dried up. The toilet had dried smudged crap on the inside of the bowl of the toilet which again clearly had not been addressed in a week.

Given what I have seen I am not very impressed at all and I don't think I will be visiting Wendy's again.
