This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I tried a fry as we were driving away and they were cold and tasted old, the meat was so hard and old, I doubt that it was even made today. There was one napkin in the bag for two meals and we didn’t get the ketchup or sweet and sour that we asked for. Whoever runs this location should be ashamed of what they put out. Will not be back

Update, 12-18-25. I'll never go back to this place. How can a manager of all ppl talk to customers like they're his lil brother over chili seasoning. I asked for some. He gave me three, I drove back around no problem. I asked again, he states man I already gave you a lot. I said you gave me three. I ain't supposed to give you but two. His words not mine. Anyways, I ordered ahead and still had to wait. They didn't even salt the fries. Place has turned into a joke and doesn't belong in mustang Oklahoma with attitudes like that. Place was clean and staff was friendly. 4 pm in the afternoon and I received hot fries. That should say alot on its own.

Mustang is one of the best areas near okc, so this is a prime location. I went through the drive through today. My order was a basic burger and fries at almost 13 bucks. What a disappountment. The fries were room temperature and rubbery, the hamburger patties were barely warm and greasy, whomever made the burger got that same grease all over the bun, the vegetables also look like theyve been sitting out. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

I normally like Wendy’s freshness and taste of food and good quality. I even worked at Wendy’s two times in my life once as a teenager and again during Covid. However, I feel like this Wendy’s if you eat there, you’re going to get sick. The temperature of the food is way below what it supposed to be and below the safe levels. The hamburger was so cold that the cheese that was between the patties, never even started to melt, I was able to pull the patties apart and the cheese as as if it just came out of the cool box. The cheese had dry harden spots around the edge as if exposed in fridge too long. It was like they took the patties out of the bin where you put the patties when they’re older and taking them off he grill for chili to be put in walk in for the chili. The french fries have been sitting way too long. They were hard shriveled and cold. The chicken nuggets that I also ordered were cold way below the temperature and obviously have been sitting out for a long period of time because they were very dry. The bread that the hamburger was on the bottom bun was so hard and stale that it was hard to break with hands, and when it did break, it shattered like a crouton. I didn’t even attempt to eat the meal after feeling the items with my hand and looking at them because I did not want to get sick. I expressed this to the lady at the counter. He just laughed and said we’re about to close you’re lucky you got that. I threw the food away and left so not only poor customer service poor quality of food. They will get somebody sick so be warned about eating there. You take your stomach health into jeopardy

My girlfriend ordered a mobile pickup 40 minutes before the store closed, we got to the speaker 30 minutes before close and sat for 5 minutes with no answer, pulled up to the window and the employee went to the kitchen and ignored us and continued to clean when I waved her down she said that their fryers and everything was off.(stated about 20 minutes before they were marked to close)

We visited this location on 10/04. The Lobby was very dirty. Flies all around. The tables hadn't been cleaned off and the floor had food that needed to be vacuumed. I cleaned off my own table with sanitizer wipes that I happen to carry with me. Couldn't hardly see out of the windows. They hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The ketchup counter had ketchup all over it and one dispenser was empty. The young girl at the cash register was nice but was on her phone the whole time. Food was not the best quality, made our stomachs hurt that evening. Probably will never be back to this location.

HORRIBLE! I had an order for DoorDash. Three people were outside. One was inside trying to hide from me when I drove around. It’s 10pm. This drive thru doesn’t close until 12am. They wasted my time and gas. I was coming to pick up an order for a customer. Horrible service. Need people that actually want to work. I seen the one person duck down so I wouldn’t see them. Unacceptable in so many different levels.
What a horrible experience we ordered a number one with everything except ketchup which is a full size burger and got a jr burger with nothing and catch up we ordered a bacon cheeseburger with pickle lettuce mustard tomato and got a bacon cheeseburger with nothing except meat and ketchup we picked it up immediately and the food was warm at best The fries were cold The employee helping me was pissed about something you could hear them talking and she was mad as hell it wasn't about us it was about something else. I really wish I would have photoed our food if I known I could upload photos I would have it was awful

I got a biggie meal. I asked for catup. When I picked up my bag I asked if there was ketchup. The girl nodded yes. When I got to my destination n opened the bag I found 1 ketcup. Ketcup was going to be my dipping sauce besides on french fries. I looked n looked just 1 ketcup. That wss gone my 1st french fry. I had to eat mu fries n 4 sml chicken nuggets dry. I dont go to Wendys much but I domt ever want to go now if I cant get catcup.

This is by far the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve been in in years. The service was absolutely horrible. There was four guys all on their phones in the back where we could see them and not helping any customers. People are getting tired of waiting on them that they were just going around the counter and getting their own drinks because they would not come up to help people. If Wendy’s is going to keep in a restaurant open in Mustang, they need to come and take a look at it and see how poorly it is ran. They also messed up on our order and the food tasted like I’ve been microwaved five times.

Second worst job I've ever had. Only maybe two coworkers were acceptable. I got fired after a coworker routinely tried to force me to do illegal substances and because i was trying to get him clean, was fired for being nearby.
Absolutely disgusting in the back, extremely poor hands off training, and never been lied to and about by my entire workforce before. I've been back to this location since, all that's changed is who i got fired for my filed complaints.

Honestly, I am really surprised by other reviews and what they are saying. Of course this is a fast food restaurant and it has its down points but I don’t get why people make such a bad deal about it. And some locations are a hit and miss while some are bad. Honestly when I went the staff weren’t bad and they are some of the most friendly staff and some of the nicest people you could meet. A lot of them went out of the way to have conversations and everything. Didn’t get two of my nuggets of a 4 pc. and ensured I got it and received what I paid for and asked if I wanted sauce. Pretty good for a fast food chain. I’d advise it if you are looked for somewhere to eat in the area. Haven’t ever had a bad experience.
