We always use the drive up but this is by far the best Arby's prepared food in the Oklahoma city metro, the people are nice, clean and friendly..... the wait is short and truly great fast food with a smile.... it beats any of the other's in tri city Newcastle Oklahoma.... the rest could take lessons.
Visited on July 6 at about noon. Barry was working front counter. He was so incredibly friendly to my mom and patient with my sons. A true example of customer service. All smiles and very helpful. This man needs a paid day off or a raise or something!!
The food was great. We went through the drive through while we were going through town. It was a holiday weekend and they were packed inside and out but got our order right, hot and quick.
