“This place seems a bit like a locals place… The food tasted amazing and freshly prepared. The only 3 complaints I had were, (1) The hostess seemed to be quiet to the point of rudeness. (2) The soda’s are served at room temperature in cans (with a cup of ice which affects taste). (3) We seen ants but not an abundance of them.“

“The food was good, there's not much of a selection but what they do have is good. The price is very reasonable. The service is good, it's a buffet so keeping your drink full and plates cleared is really their only tasks.
The booths are horrible, they need to be re-done, they're lumpy and extremely uncomfortable.“

“Hi y'all! This place has always been one of my faves. The Green Beans could be their own entree, they are delicious and you could share as a side. The staff was kind. They have almost to many add on sauces to choose from at the self serve drink area. I really didn't need any as delicious as my vegetable Pad Thai was. My significant other had a chicken entree that he really enjoyed, but we both forgot which one it was! We had tea and soda, but they do serve wine by the glass and beer.“

“My first time having Mandarin Chef and it won't be my last. The service is polite and the food fantastic with plenty left over for seconds. More of a call-in and pick up eatery, I waited less than 10 minutes for my order and with all the food we ordred, the price was less than $30. Thank you all for your hard work in preparing great dishes*****“

“I was shocked and extremely happy with how good this small little place is! Their sesame chicken was the best I've eaten in years and their lo mein is delicious. The girls were very sweet and friendly. Suffice to say I'll be returning a lot!“

“My first time here. I ordered take out at the counter and waited there. It was only a few minutes before they brought it to me at the table. I got sweet and sour chicken and pork and white rice and fried . Everything was hot and fresh and delicious! Not too much breading. Big enough portions for me to eat more than once. From one meal. Top! Feeling good the next day. I will be back and recommend this place to others. Blessings!“

“The flavor of their food is rich. The food is moist. Vegetables are tender. The attention to temperature and flavor mixture enhances the palette experience. This is my third visit. This is not your run of the mill restaurant. You need to taste this.“

“Typical Panda Express fare located as a franchise inside Riverwind Casino, its ok but just a notch below the larger brick and mortar stores. As with the larger stores the meal is selected from precooked bins by the server. Pricing structure is similar to the bigger stores as well, meals are tiered by combos of entrees and veggies. The veggie choices are usually limited to chow mein noodles or rice, entrees are the typical Chinese buffet selections of pepper chicken, broccoli beef, orange chicken and similar. My particular favorite is the Teriyaki chicken, these are served in large pieces that the server will slice before serving; the sliced teriyaki chicken seems juicier than the other battered and deep fried choices. The counter is handicap and wheelchair accessible as is the common Dining that serves all the food court franchises. Note: all the entree items are high in sodium, so it may not be the best choice for those with sodium restricted diets.
Wheelchair accessibility: Counter is wheelchair and ADA compliant, all condiment items are located at 48” height .“

“I've been a customer for over a decade now, and this establishment is still operated by the same family! I will happily continue to return for the delicious food, large portions, and fair prices. They even make special adjustments to my order upon request.“

“New China is an amazing mom and pop Chinese Restaurant that I’ve come to for years ever since I’ve moved to Newcastle. This is a family restaurant and the entire family is helping out which is a lovely thing to see and the whole restaurant just has an overall great family feel to it. The food is amazing and I’ve tried other Chinese places when in other areas, but New China has a taste that I can’t find anywhere else. The portions and prices are reasonable as well. I come here and spend about 11 to 12 dollars but am always full and I usually have leftovers. Overall, New China is my go to Chinese restaurant and even if I lived in OKC, I’d come here just for the food and the way I’m treated when I come in.“
