Went back to restaurant after talking to their corporate offices about a food issue. Jeff in corporate, said the company wanted to rectify the issue and offered replacement of food or refund. I accepted a refund from the manager. I will return to that place of business as they rectified the issue.

Sunday at noon and from the reviews I was leery to try. Wonderful service. Super friendly cashier. Customer in front of me, staff came out to share length of time to complete his order fresh. I placed a second order for cherry poppers, they announced length of time on something, cashier came out to update me. Best experience of ANY kfc in a long time. I trust the food is as tasty as I remember and if not I’ll be back to update this review.

I am not the type to just come up and post bad reviews but this one got me becuz me and my husband have ordered here before and have not had good experiences so I will not be ordering from here again my husband ordered our food from DoorDash at 9:30 and the worker kept having our dasher cancel our order until one finally told us the problem and when I called up there the manager said that she let the cook go home early and they are out of chicken and that they can not refund me...
