Service here is lacking. I had a hard time understanding the person taking my order since she spoke softly and wouldn't look at you. They didn't seem to be very organized or they were understaffed since it took a long time to get an order for three people prepared. The order wasn't correct when they gave it to me being short two orders of curly fries.The food however did taste good.I will give this store another try to see if this was a one time issue or their normal service.
I hate sour kraut and 1000 island dressing, but put both together with corned beef on their Ruben and it's the best sandwich Arby's has. I still love everything else they got too. Oh and curly fries are awesome and all, but you cannot beat the potato cakes.
