“Pulled in and ordered a late dinner for myself, husband, and daughter. We saw a couple of picnic tables and decided to go sit at them. In no time at all, our food and drinks were brought out to us at the picnic table. The nice lady then asked if she could get us anything else, which we declined. She came back anyway with extra napkins, ketchup, and ranch bc she heard my daughter say she wanted some! More than that, she came back with a smile as well as a friendly and caring attitude when she didn’t have to, especially since it was minutes away from closing time. Knowing Del Rancho drive in is not the typical place with waiters on staff, I was very appreciative of this woman’s kindness and positive energy in her job. You just don’t get good customer service like this anymore, therefore I believe in praising people who still do take pride in their job. I asked the woman for her name but I’m unsure on spelling so I hope this finds her so that she knows she is appreciated! Shout out to Sharissa at Norman Del Rancho on 4/24/24. Also, the food was amazing as always!!! We all 3 had the steak sandwich supreme of course.“

“WOW! This by FAR the best Vietnamese we have had in YEARS !!! The Pho has depth of flavor and the noodles did not break down. The pho stayed nice and hot. The fried springrolls are cooked to perfection. Nuoc mam is delicious. Also they have the wooden chopsticks instead of plastic, YAY!!! Even the water tastes clean and refreshing. My husband had seafood/stir fied egg noodles. Big portion and very, very good. Also they have Bahn mi on the menu plus steamed rice, fried rice, vermicelli dinners. We will be back!!!“

“I went to Cava earlier today and I ordered a build your own bowl and I thought it was amazing. The harissa chicken is really good and the pita chips were also delicious. The line wasn’t super long and the customer service was awesome. I was helped by Omari and Corbin, they were both very patient and gave me good proportions, I was very full afterwards and even had some to take home. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends about it!“

“We were there to watch the OU/TX game and I have to say that our sever Josh S. was absolutely fantastic!!!! Best service we’ve had in a while. Always had a smile on his face and we were never with an empty glass or looking for him to come to our table. This kind of service is lacking in the customer service industry, but it’s nice to see not everyone has forgotten that a lil kindness and attentiveness goes a very long way.“

“I frequently visit this restaurant for lunch despite coming from off campus across Norman. Hopefully, this Quiznos will remain in business for years to come, as this location is the last remaining one in the OKC metro. I consistently find Quiznos to be my favorite sandwich shop, so I really appreciate OU Food Services continuing to operate this restaurant in the Union; it's very nostalgic being back there. The best sandwich on the menu is the Chicken Carbonara on the rosemary bread, and the service I receive is always outstanding.“
“I love your food but the mobile thru feature is worthless. Every time I use it, cars that got there after me are getting through before me. So I should just wait to order when I get there or go inside. And yes traffic volume is same on both lanes so that’s not it.“

“I have had worse meals that costed me way more then this. Very reasonably priced and the grilled chicken sandwich on a croissant was delicious, better then expected. Potato salad was nice as well. Don't have any complaints here. 25 bucks for two people is not a bad price at all for what we got.“

“One of mine and my partner’s favorite places to eat! Honestly it’s our go to most of the time. Good prices, amazing drinks, and the staff is always so friendly and on it! They have taken great care of us each time we have came in! We are on the north side of Norman and still make the drive because we know they never disappoint! We even went there for thanksgiving and they were happy to serve us! If you’re looking for hospitality, great food, drinks, and a good atmosphere, this is your place!“
