A government facility serving foods brought to you by the same corporation, Aramark, that brought us the 2016/2017 prison food riot and hunger strike. The staff are friendly and want to give their best service. The food quality is regulated by the corporation and not the executive chef. Like I said, the staff wants you to have a great experience, but the low quality of food has made many a postal worker sick, bloated, and ordering from a delivery service just to survive the long term stays. It may however exceed my rating if you are lucky enough that a management or other conference is present when you are there. They don't want to lose their contract, after all.

All you can eat Buffet restaurant inside of the NCED hotel in Norman, Oklahoma that is also open to the public. I gave them 4 stars because there really aren't any all you can eat buffets around anymore.
