Looking at the common theme for the past few months concerning the 1 star reviews has everything to do with the time it takes to get what you ordered. Well it was the same here with our situation. Took an hour to receive 2 meals. Really poor service all the way around.

Ordered bulgogi box to go. Yuzu dressing was fantastic. The food was good except for the rice which was old, dry, and hard. It is sad that they dished out old rice.

Stopped by hoping to find lunch but was informed they weren't serving food. Appeared to be a nice place but there was no explanation as to why they weren't serving. If circumstances permit I may try this place again.

This place is ADORABLE!! They have comfy seats and a cute dining room with stuffed pigs everywhere. The portion size were perfect too. We got waffles, a croissant sandwich coffee and a smoothies. They were fast and so yummy. I got a match tea latte and it was so creamy and delicious. Definitely worth the try if you’re looking for good breakfast food. I will have to come back to get lunch things. They had a great selection of Korean and Asian foods.
I love this place!! The vibes are very cozy and cute. It’s the perfect place to study and their matcha is some of the best I’ve ever had. Their dinner is also 10/10. The bulgogi bento box comes with so much. Korean is very hard to find in Norman, so I’m very grateful for this place.

Amazing. Bulgogi wrap was so fire. Drinks are fire. I also got the bulgogi bibimbap the other day and that was so good too.
I understand unexpected circumstances, but make it up to your customers and please communicate. It wasn’t crowded when we arrived; ordered 3 meals and 1 drink. 30 mins later, the waters arrived. We noticed other customers had been waiting a long time for their food, as well. 45 mins after ordering, the chai arrived. After about 55 mins of waiting, I took the kids out to walk around and saw a worker running in the back door with a box of lettuce you’d find at Walmart and something else. My husband heard from others that they were out of food but they never told us what was taking so long. 1 hr and 10 mins after ordering, the food came. It didn’t even come with the sides it was supposed to and when we approached them about it, they said they were out and took another 20 mins to bring hashbrown patties instead. The wrap had a couple slices of turkey and the salad had no dressing at all. I’m sorry to say that we won’t be back, we have loved this place before but the fact that we weren’t offered any compensation was disappointing.

Needed a quiet place to work. Ordered...saw a similar order 35 minutes later go to another table and no one touched it. 10 min later I go to the counter asking about my order, she says sorry just a minute. I walk away she follows gets the food off the other table takes it to the back replates it with sides and serves it to me COLD. So much for the new name... Still a quiet place and pretty empty.
