The lady working the drive thru with tatts up and down here left arm doesn't care about her job and it shows. Put happy people in customer facing positions or give us a touch screen to order from because I'd rather deal with that.

Had me pull forward to park for two chicken nugget kids meals. 8 nuggets in total and I had to park and wait for ten minutes with no one else in the drive thru. Make that make sense.

Don't order more than one item in the drive-thru. They don't have anyone that can count to three. I ordered three items. Drove twenty miles home, and was missing an item. I know Arby's doesn't hire people with the intelligence not to work in a fast food restaurant, but three is not big number.

The workers was polite & always had a smile.It had been a while since we was there & the food was the best we have had. Will go back for sure.Parking: Big parking lot with plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: There was kids there when we got there. They were laughing & having an Amazing time.Wheelchair accessibility: Very close to the door as well as the ramp.
