We purchased 2 regular classic sandwiches and we're told there was a deal if we bought two more it would only cost us $0.03 more so I was able to purchase an extra meal for my parents it was great they were very thoughtful

I haven't been to Arby's in a few years. My son wanted to go and we both got the French dip sandwich it was delicious and the service was quick and the place was clean.

The classic meal was good and the fries were fresh. The fish sandwich was disappointing. It was way overcooked and mostly breading. The restaurant was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. This location is better than other locations we’ve been to.

Went in to order food to go, had my two teens with me. They were apparently short staffed, and looked stressed out. There a couple people waiting on food, and a couple waiting for service. After about 15 minutes, a tall, older fella named Sam appeared from the back, and started literally yelling at other employees, and cussing loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear! He then turned his attention to us folks waiting, and began to yell at us!!! People were aware they were struggling, and we’re ALL waiting patiently. Two people turned and walked out. I told the defeated looking kid at the register, that I wished him luck getting through the day. Sam is terrible. He obviously hates his job. Berates coworkers in front of him of everyone. There is more than one review I hear calling him out by name for the same thing! Maybe he should quit!

Food was amazing as always ❤️ but Mr Samuel “Sam” has a bad mouth! There was customers in the lobby and he was just cussing away and he was very very RUDE if you don’t like your job you should find another job.
