Arby's never disappoint me.
I ate the fried turkey gobbler. It was good. The sauce and the fried onions added to the flavor of the sandwich. The turkey meat still tasted like regular turkey deli meat, but it was still on point.

Lady taking order needs to sound like she wants to be there., as a manager I would never allow what else what else after everything said.
This used to be a one of our favorite places for an inexpensive dinner. They have increased their prices by about 20% in about the last 2 months. This is one of those corporations that is Gap price gouging people. People that were in the drive through 10 minutes to get our dinner. My wife got a chicken end of the wrap was in pieces. In her words it was falling apart. Arby's is gone to from one of our favorite places to we will not return. I would suggest taking a fire hose to the place. The place really stinks. District manager is not doing his job for her job.

I walked in no buddy was around to help so I had to wait for around 5 minutes then the cashier finally came up and just stared at me without talking to me so I just left so negative on the stars for customer service
We stopped for lunch after my eye doctors appt .in Norman ,then we headed back to Chickasha.

My husband and I had lunch there today. We wanted to try the new Cheeseburgers. Both of our burgers were undercooked and pink inside. I hope we don't get sick from them. I got curly fries as my side. They looked like they emptied the fry basket in my fry cup. My fries were crumbs only, hard and burnt. I asked the old, long gray haired grumpy man that took our order for fresh fries and he snatched the burnt crumbs out of my hand and went and scooped up more curly fries in my cup, handed them to me and stomped off. Come on Arby's you can do better than that.

I ordered chicken wraps. They did not look or taste as the pictures in the store. Very very disappointed. The chicken was extremely inferior to what the picture looks like in color and size. Never again!!!!
