Absolute pitiful workers had an online order placed 15 mins ahead they had no customers and didn’t even start my pretzel so I had to sit and wait another 15 mins

it was the worst experince ! so i waited for the sweet almond fritzel and the lady said she burned the first one then she cooked another one then it was floppy and saggy wow what a crazy customer service is that! they need to be train right and give a respect to a customer! please!!!

Love to stop here when in Norman Oklahoma although I stopped yesterday at around 1240 pm And received nuggets that were as hard as a rock!!!! And the guy running the register or kid I should say was more interested in his phone Then I the customer!

I went here 2 days ago, I ordered a regular size pretzel bite but they only had larges. They suggested I get a regular pretzel, so I did. I then ordered a small drink and they said they were out of smalls and would I like a medium. I told him as long as I didn't have to pay for it, he then looked at the girl next to him and said just fill it half way up. I thought that was odd and wondered why they didn't offer to full a large cup half way for the pretzel bites. Customer service could be better!

The people are genuinely nice and have no problem making you something if it’s not currently in the warmer. I love the dragon fruit frozen drink and I will definitely be back.

I love their pretzels! I typically get their regular pretzel with the cheese sauce even though I've heard their sweet pretzels are to die for. Guess I stick with my old favorites. Lo. One day, I will give the sweet ones a try. ?❤️

Ordered via delivery service and everything was burnt to the point of being inedible. Also the lemonade literally tasted like it was just sugar water. Nice to spend over $27 for complete trash.

My friend and I went here today and the 2 girls working were very rude. There was only 1 thing of pepperoni pretzel bites left, and we both wanted them, but they weren’t fresh. We asked nicely for fresh ones and they agreed but they we’re not nice about it. We paid and they told us to come back in 7 minutes to pick up the fresh ones. There were no other customers around. We waited wayyy longer than 7 minutes. Once we got our order we saw that they were all burnt. I’ve added photos below. Although only 2 pictures are included, ALL of the bites were burnt in both of our orders. By then, there were customers so we didn’t want to be a bother. But the service was overall not very good, and the pretzels were practically inedible.
