I used to love Beanstalk. It was my go-to for a couple years. The staff was excellent, and the coffee was always good. I've had multiple bad experiences in the past few months. The baristas are sweet but don't seem to know coffee. The coffee quality itself has gone downhill. There is one man who is always rude and no tactfulness. He's an Asian man with spiky hair that I've seen other negative reviews about. If I ask for something then he tells me why I asked for it the wrong way. He's done this every time I've seen him, and it's always in a rude manner. For example, today I asked for a very light splash of cream. My coffee was white, so I asked for less cream. I wasnt upset and asked politely. He came to the window to proceed to tell me how I asked for it incorrectly because they word it differently there. I said I tried to say it in multiple ways to get the point across. Well he just kept arguing about it. I wasn't even upset about until he wouldnt stop talking and talked down to me. I myself have been a batista. I would never treat customers how he has treated me multiple times now.

Wanted to get out for a couple hours to study and get a coffee last night. It was almost 7 and I definitely didn’t want Starbucks. Saw this place on Google maps so I decided to try it out and I’m glad I did! It was so cute and relaxing! I am definitely going back and recommend it! Coffee was delicious also, can’t wait to try other flavors!

**UPDATE**This place used to be great but the last 3 times I've gone the staff has been rude and the coffee has tasted old and bitter. The last time I drove down the street to 7-11, threw it away and grabbed one of their cheap cappuccinos instead.. that's how bad it was.Also, the snow cones get smaller and smaller but the price gets higher and higher... it's ice and syrup... why am I paying more for frozen water?

The coffees are devine. My wife loved the white chocolate latte. The coffee was smooth and not bitter. The owners are charming and the coffee barista was kind and efficient. If we lived in Norman this would be our regular coffee shop. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered a hot caramel macchiato with extra candy on top and boy was it delicious! The ambiance of the coffee shop is very charming, welcoming, and friendly. There is a small private room available for special reservations called the Cottage that is just adorable!

Cozy, quiet, comfy. Sitting in the cottage area inside the Beanstalk, the lights are dim and there is a nice comfy couch to relax and have a latte. The Horchata Late is amazing, also had the Silver Fox latte... house made vanilla they say. I recommend you try either!

The cutest little Cafe! The service is always amazing - the owners are the nicest people and their employees are so fun! Such a good place to hold a meeting, do some work, or hang out. The snow cones are yummy & they have so many good flavors to choose from! Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to for a long time :)
