Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Ordered a large and medium fry with our drive thru order. They only fill the fries half way. Also asked for 4 braums sauce cups and they only gave us 2

This is the dirtiest Braum’s we’ve ever been to. The employees looked sloppy. The serving counters were filthy. I was actually scared the food might sicken me!

I've been going to this braums since I was a kid. It's always been an amazing shop. However the little boy who "helped" me today should have never made it past the interview. The disrespect given to me, a respectful paying customer, today is something I have not ever experienced. If that little boy Jesse, the one with the absolute horrific hygiene and grooming, is still working there, believe, I won't ever be back. My visit was 12-15 around 6:30 just to make certain the right employee receives their due.

I love Braum's, but this location is disgusting. The place is usually a mess with stains visible on the walls you can see in the drive thru then there was a fan covered in dust blowing directly toward the staging area for your food (see picture). I go out of my way to different locations, especially after I bit into a burger and the wax paper was still on the cheese. I would avoid this location if you care about quality and cleanliness.

Every single time I go and get a sherbert freeze there are chocolate chips in it. Which means to me that they do not clean their machines between drinks. That is so disgusting. I have given multiple chances and it has a different icecream in it every time. Cross contamination is a very serious food safety hazard. What if someone was allergic to something and they got a shake or freeze and because you didn't clean properly you gave someone an annafilactic allergic reaction and they ended up in the hospital because of your restaurant.

When I was there getting my Sister breakfast, she was next door at the Porter location getting her Chemo, I found out the guy that was working him and his wife got released yesterday with their bundle of joy(a son)!!! The baby is 3 day's old and the guy looked to be young and it was their 1st baby. I reached in my purse got out 25$ and handed it to him, telling him diapers are expensive honey. I wish I would of got his name. But, if you want to do a good deed for the day drop off some diapers or something you think mommy and daddy could use. Like a gift card.
