Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Well I am tired of it. The quality of service and food is bad overtime lately. The food is sloppily prepared and served. The staff always give the vibe that they are bothered to be there.I go to fast food places for my family as a treat. I am very disappointed in this Braum's every time. It is the closest to me otherwise I'd go elsewhere and probably will from now on. I noticed another bad review on here about roaches. I did get one in a milkshake once from here. Their twist frozen yogurt is always different sizes. What I mean is there is no consistency, we'll order 2 of the same thing but they will clearly be disproportionate. When we point it out we get treated like we're in the wrong or dumb. This time we got one small cup twist and it was more like a mini. We were told to pull up and wait for the food being cooked, but it was cold when we ate it (we do not live that far). The burgers were made with the ingredients just pilled in one spot. The kids burger was ordered as a burger with only ketchup, pickles and tomato, but it came with cheese anyway. My granddaughter does not like cheese but they seem to do that every time. Since we were not in front of the service window we just pulled away and didn't check these things till we got home. Some of us started eating before realizing this and we did not want to go back. So my wife called, being tired of the poor quality and upset with the errors, hoped to inform the manager expecting he would offer to make things right. The manager, Kevin, treated her rudely and did not want to compensate, but only tell her to bring the food back. He eventually and reluctantly agreed to honor something for her next time. After the call he thought my wife hung up but she stayed on listening as he talked trash about her after the call. I am only posting this because i think there needs to be accountability.

Every single time I order a shake here there is always something disgusting thing in it; for example a piece of plastic, some mysterious chewy substance, or as of today; something that resembled a finger nail. Love braums but I am done with this location.

I just have to say I’ve frequented this place regularly for the last six months and I’ve only had a couple of issues with my shake tasting off. But TODAY, I decided to go in to get my shake because I needed milk and I’m really glad I did. There was literally a ROACH crawling on the counter after I paid….

Braums continues to bring good food at fair prices with friendly service

Came here and got some food on my way to work; my burger was made wrong and the soda was out so my Dr Pepper was just carbonation. The manager takes my information and says I can come back and have it replaced but when I try to come back and have it replaced they say she never wrote my information down. It’s just disheartening and I won’t bother coming to this location again.

i love braum’s but this location truly needs help. it is so gross inside, and they seem to have a pretty bad fly infestation. i watched as the employees cleaned out one of the ice cream machines and one of them saw what came out of it and said “i’m never ordering a shake from here again” 🤢

John (the Ice Cream Man) is what he referred himself as 😅, was very helpful & a funny guy. He helped me with everything I was looking for when I wasn’t feeling well & he was so polite. I will be shopping here from now on. Please let him know how much he is appreciated ❤️ I’ll see y’all soon

Just got lunch, the lady that handed me my food at the window had a bad attitude. I kept saying think you while looking at her because I was showing respect and kindness, she didn’t look at me once nor did she acknowledge the fact I kept saying thank you. She needs to either find a different job or learn to show kindness to others because she looked like she hated her life.
