Everytime I come here the people yall have “trained” for taking orders on headset absolutely suck at their job. They have no patience and are rude as it gets. If you don’t want to work there do something with your life and work somewhere else. Shitty attitude doesn’t help. Please fire and rehire people who want to work there. It’s wrong if I get out beat the crap out of them but they can talk how they want with no consequences. It’s bs

Went in for lunch. Big mistake. Poor customer service, cold food and disgusting dinning room. The manager Joseph was very rude and appeared to be intoxicated. He seemed to have difficulty understanding my order and was slurring his words. I used to love Burger King but would avoid this location always.

Always gets my order, incorrect, incapable of following easy instructions, like no pickles and add cheese to whopper. When asked to cook the whopper fresh, they proceeded to tell me it was fresh and it was not. if I could give them zero stars I would.

Food tastes great but orders more than 1 burger, one side and one drink need to be audited before driving away. Sometimes it's a straw, or a side or a sauce, but rarely exactly as ordered and paid for.

Joseph General Man.had a running nose, well he had made a hamburger without washing his hands and I saw him touch his face 1st then made the sandwich 2nd. This happened at the Norman Burger King .Totally
Fry’s were stale like they were either refried or sitting in the warmer for a while. Burger was okay and the customer service kinda sucked. No greeting at the speaker or the window. Got to the window and the employee just holds out his hand for payment without saying anything. Night crew needs work.

Yes, a hankerin' for a Whopper every now and then, and this Burger King does not fail. Onion rings were right out of the Grease! Hot! My first time back in a few months. Rating: on their game at this location.
